The national reserve of Hoodland. This is where the government (the dev) requests funding to run the country, and only the citizens can approve it. No king, no rug, only the will of the nation. Treasury fund requests live here; citizen-authored laws and policies live in the Parliament.

How the Treasury Works
The treasury belongs to the people. Nobody, not even the dev, can move funds without a passed community vote.
Funding
- • 10% of total supply is routed to the pool.
- • 100% of creator fees flow into the treasury.
- • The pool is controlled 100% by citizens.
Spending Requires a Vote
- 1. The dev submits a proposal with a description and the amount of ETH or $HOODLAND requested.
- 2. Citizens vote Yes or No.
- If it passes, the dev may withdraw exactly that amount.
- If it fails, no funds can be withdrawn for that proposal.
Fund Requests
Only the dev can open a fund request; every citizen decides the outcome. Signed-in citizens vote, one vote each. Each proposal is decided once it reaches 10 votes: if Yes wins it passes, if No wins it's declined.
